Your funds are held in a secure trust account until they're needed. They're protected and available whenever the time comes, whether that's next month or decades from now.
Can I change my mind after pre-planning?
Yes. Pre-planning arrangements can be modified or cancelled at any time. If you cancel, your funds are returned according to our refund policy.
What if I move out of the area?
Your pre-planning is portable. If you relocate outside our service area, we can help transfer your arrangements to a funeral home near you, or provide a refund.
Is the $999 price guaranteed forever?
Yes. Once you complete pre-planning, your $999 price is locked in and will never increase, regardless of how long you live or how market prices change.
Can my family change my arrangements after I'm gone?
Your documented wishes are legally binding. However, families can make minor adjustments if needed. We always honor the spirit of your original arrangements.
How long does pre-planning take?
Working with Garrett typically takes 30-60 minutes for the initial consultation. Online through Parting Pro takes about 30 minutes. You can always save your progress and return later.
