Shawn David

Shawn David Jensen, age 56 passed away Friday, Sept 20th at Cox Hospital. He had an inoperable brain tumor that he suffered with for years. He graduated from Bolivar High School in 1987 and became an LPN. He worked several years as a nurse, mostly as a private nurse.

Shawn enjoyed fishing and hunting and helping his friends and family. He loved his dogs and working on cars and trucks. He also liked buying abandoned storage units and selling contents. One of his proudest accomplishments was getting the Eagle Scout award as a Boy Scout. He also enjoyed helping people with bookkeeping and taxes.

Shawn was preceded in death by his mother, Diana Jensen; and brother, John Jensen; as well as his grandparents. Shawn is survived by his father, Lee Jensen of Bolivar; and sister, Kristine Brown (Randall Brown) of Forsyth MO. He is also survived by Aunts and Uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews and other family. And many friends that he adored.
